Welcome to 7 N Santa Cruz!

Built in 2006, this estate has everything you would expect in a modern home. Starting with the outside, the rock design and color of the home express the enormous detail of the rest of the property. Using subtle and neutral colors as well as a great rock design will keep the house attractive in the future as well.

The center point of the house is the extra large Kitchen. Granite, stainless steel and solid wood cabinets throughout. GE appliances include a built in microwave/light wave oven, standard oven, and a dishwasher. Also included is the super efficient GE refrigerator.

The home includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each room is larger than normal with plenty of room for any resident. The bathrooms each have solid granite showers and counter tops. The Master bedroom is very large and has split sinks, whirlpool bath tub and separate shower; all solid granite. The bathroom setup also has separate his/her closets.
